Our Physicians:  Dr. Christopher O’Neill

Dr. Christopher O’Neill received his BA from Boston College and went on to receive his Post Baccalaureate from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in Dorchester, MA. He received his Doctorate in Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE.

Dr.O’Neill completed an Internship at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. Dr. O’Neill received training at Massachusetts General Hospital, Children’s Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

In 2003, Dr.O’Neill moved with his family to Portsmouth to become a Board Certified Staff Anesthesiologist at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

In 2009, Dr.O’Neill formed Stratham Anesthesia Associates, an anesthesia practice specializing in outpatient ambulatory care. He currently performs anesthetics at Stratham Ambulatory Surgery Center, Salem Surgery Center and Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Dr. O’Neill is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and with the Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
