Dr. Zeff received his BS at Tufts University and his MD at the University of Miami. He is a well established and respected Plastic Surgeon serving the Seacoast for over 25 years.

After completing a surgical internship at New York University Bellevue Hospital in New York City, Dr. Zeff went on to residency in general surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed his plastic surgery training at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Zeff is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the New Hampshire Medical Society, and the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Zeff has served as Chief of Surgery at Portsmouth Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and has been in private practice since 1986.

Over the last 10 to 15 years Dr. Zeff has focused his expertise on cosmetic surgery and sees patients from throughout New England and beyond. He specializes in Abdominoplasty, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Liposuction and Body Contouring, and Facial Plastic Surgery including facelift, neck lift and eyelid rejuvenation.
